Skull Bunny is a dedicated and highly decorated defender of Heart City.  His contemplative and quiet nature in combination with his small stature make him seem like an easy target.  In fact, he is anything but.  Skull Bunny is not easily bested.  His powers include incredible speed and the ability to control the minds of his enemies through  hypnosis.
