DEFEND THE CITY

Angry Cloud is not your typical mass of condensed water vapor.  He is mean, and more then willing to illuminate the sky with a lightening strike or two.  Angry Cloud has a variety of powers that he uses against Heart City including lightening, high winds, and rain.  He often uses all three skills to frighten the protectors of Heart Tower  away from their posts.  He is highly dangerous and not to be approached unless you are a certified member of the Ministry of Heart.  If you see Angry Cloud’s trademark red lightening strike, seek shelter immediately.
